Pet Policy
At Viviano at Red Cliffs, we welcome pets with a maximum of 2 per unit. For cats, there's a one-time fee of $250, a monthly rent of $45, and a deposit of $300. For dogs, each can weigh up to 75 lbs, with the same fees and deposit as cats. If you have any questions about service animals, please contact our office for more details.
